What will be deleted?

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Any personal profile information associated with your account
  • Your session history and in-app preferences
  • Any other personal data we hold that is linked to your account

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g., billing records). We will inform you if this applies.

How to submit your request

Include the email address you used to register your account so we can identify and process your request.

Send the email. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at info@musicamedica.ch with the subject "Account & Data Deletion Request".

This action is permanent

Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before submitting this request.
